Development is a series of case studies on polish urbanised and/or inhabited space, with a goal to get answers about the shape of 1989 post-transformation Poland. It's not a way to ridicule the most bizarre cases of spatial design and architecture in Poland, but rather a question of what seemed extravagantly new and gave impression of newer, richer, bolder times to come. It is not only the question of inhabitance as such, but rather about the main actors gaining the profit out of it. Instead of finger-pointing the looks, I’m rather interested in the reasoning behind it that made them possible to happen.  Work in progress.
